I believe your story and what you experienced.

However, why not try to confront him? We are all adults with the power of words at our fingertips.

I understand that men in power can be intimidating, but if we are to make any progress in society, why not document what you experienced, give people the benefit of the doubt and address it directly, and if the behavior continues, take legal action?

This is the grey area that makes it hard for me to demonize the guy (my feelings were impartial before this post towards Cuomo specifically).

I would never suggest the confront and see approach if you were raped, but I think we can agree there's a clear difference between workplace sexual harrassment and rape. I have experienced the former, but thankfully never the latter.

I don't say this to downplay your situation, nor to silence women who've suffered from sexual harassment, just to suggest that there's a role we can all play to limit the questions of our credibility and give people the opportunity to change their behavior.
