I agree with your overall point. It’s refreshing to see an article that doesn’t blame males for the challenges towards equality.
I prefer moving towards fairness, not equality. Equality infers sameness to me, and I’d like to embrace and celebrate our differences.
Women don’t need to be a bully or aggressive to play in the man’s world. It’s okay to show vulnerability and empathy. That’s not a point of weakness, but strength. It’s one of the reasons i’ve always struggled to find female role-models. I’d love to see that change.
The only point I disagree with is the rap music part. Male rappers are always talking shit about one another if you listen closely to the lyrics.
